لقد عاد الرئيس تشافيز اليوم الاثنين إلى فنزويلا بعد خضوعه لعملية جراحية وعلاجٍ للسرطان في كوبا.

والآن بتنا نرى كل الأقنعة تسقط، وقوى الظلام الداعمة للاستغلال والاضطهاد تفقد ماء وجهها، خاصة تلك الأكثر بروزاً منها، أي احتكارات شركات الإعلام الدولية الكبرى التي شاركت بنشاط في الحملة الكونية تقريباً ضد الثورة الفنزويلية.

إن لا عقلانية حملتهم علينا وصلت مستويات جديدة عندما نشرت صحيفة “الباييس”، أهم يومية في إسبانيا، صورة مفبركة لتشافيز على صفحتها الأولى يبدو فيها كأنه يعاني سكرة الموت.  لكن حقيقة الأمر أن تشافيز حيٌ يرزق، وأن الثورة البوليفارية الفنزويلية تستطيع أن تمضي بسلامٍ في طريقها الآن.

President Hugo Chávez returned this Monday to Venezuela, after undergoing cancer surgery and treatment in Cuba. Now we are seeing all the masks dropped, and the dark forces supporting exploitation and oppression losing their ugly faces, particularly the most visible one, namely the international corporate media monopolies, which had actively joined the almost universal conspiracy against the Venezuelan revolution. The irrationality of their campaign reached new heights when “El País”, the most important Spanish newspaper, published a false photograph of Chávez on its front-page, showing him in an apparent agony situation. The fact of the matter is that Chávez is very much alive. The Venezuelan Bolivarian and socialist revolution can now go on in peace. Together with the heroic Palestinian Arab people, we shall overcome.
